(Omal
uses the record El Niño taking place in
1997 as an analogy for the future should
society break down for all the comparisons
that could be drawn from that event. We go
over the other threats to global stability
taking place and come up with ideas on
weathering the storm so to say.)
Omal:
okay now let us take a few
steps back and look at Tia’s
predictions.....
Russ: alright.
Omal: and how it affects the
development and growth.
Remember what Tia said about
environmental factors being
a part of the calculations.
Russ: correct.
Omal: if this happens and
that happens this will
happen. For example, great
deluges of rain. If you look
around in your local area,
what do you see?
Russ: great deluges of rain
which is why I brought this
paper tonight.
Omal: okay let us, before
you get to the newspaper….
Russ: okay.
Omal: go and take that a
little further with current
facts that are happening.
Russ: okay.
Omal: okay now, after the
deluge of rain what happens?
Russ: a rainbow.
Omal: no.
Russ: oh floods.
Omal: which in turn did
what?
Russ: melted all the snow
that we had and caused a
breakdown on Highway 50
which caused the lack of
business in town which has
caused many layoffs and cut
back in hours.
Omal: correct, and in turn,
what does that do?
Russ: economically depresses
our economy.
Omal: which in turn does
what?
Russ: strains and stresses
everybody around us.
Omal: which in turn does
what?
Russ: makes us work harder
on our shields and work
harder on keeping ourselves
happy and in a positive
frame of mind.
Omal: okay now you almost
had the next logical step.
Russ: God dang.
Omal: very close, very
close. Yes there is a lot of
stress and strain, yes there
is a lot of practice
necessary for the shields
but if you look closer at
the cause of the necessary
stresses and strains that
are testing your shields,
what is happening? You have
the individuals that are
being made redundant from
their……..no that was a bad
choice in words……being
temporarily set aside
because of the lack of
financial flow into the
area.
Russ: correct.
Omal: what about those
individuals, what are they
going to do?
Russ: well they’re going to
panic......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: because they have many
bills and many
responsibilities and they
have been counting on as
this, especially people at
Heavenly and the casinos, as
being their one main source
of income.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: so with that panic,
they’ll be either moving
away….
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: or well I’d like to
say is resort to criminal
elements but I don’t think
they’ll do that.
Omal: don’t underestimate
that.
Russ: hmm.
Omal: now with that
assumption and that
information…..
Russ: uh-huh.
Omal: let us look closer at
the picture. We have the big
picture……
Russ: uh-huh.
Omal: people moving
away......
Russ: right.
Omal: people resorting to
crime........
Russ: right.
Omal: now, what does this
look like?
Russ: it looks like a
smaller version of what
we’re looking at in the
future.
Omal: correct, so what would
be the natural assumption or
the thing to do for you in
this current situation?
Russ: naturally we'd use it
as a testing ground, as a
sample of what we’ve learned
and put together as a trial
phase for what the big
picture's going to happen.
Omal: good, exactly.
Russ: thank you Omal.
Omal: next time I do that I
will say, “let me lead you
down the path.”
(Russ laughs)
Russ: all right.
Omal: now to your newspaper.
Russ: ahh yes okay. All
right here we go, as we’re
talking about the photon
cloud and its various
effects upon the environment
weather wise. We have 68
killed in Brazil as flood
drives 34,000 from their
homes. They got a month’s
worth of rain in a week.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: oh here’s a new one I
didn’t read, parasitic
illnesses doom 65,000,
millions affected in Latin
America. 65,000 are in the
terminal stage and will die
soon......late stages of
Chagas disease………..what?
That’s a new one. Okay
Tokyo, wind and waves
prevent cleanup. Europe
suffers through deadly
series of storms.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: of course our place
here, massive flooding,
cleanup continues. That
looks like about it but that
covers large portions of the
Earth here we're talking
about.
Omal: exactly.
Russ: Brazil has flood and
Latin America has parasites.
Omal: uh-huh and Europe has
killer storms.
Russ: and Europe has killer
storms right. Now I mean the
storms obviously are as I
mentioned in my letter to
this guy, part of the
photonic belt affecting the
Earth’s atmosphere.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and so with that we
are seeing actual changes….
Omal: physical evidence.
Russ: physical evidence. Now
how do the parasites come
into this though, is that
just a natural occurrence
then I take it?
Omal: it is probably just a
natural occurrence or it
could be the fact that
people have moved into areas
that in the past were not
that heavily inhabited.
Russ: hmmm.
Omal: with the expansion of
the population and people
moving into areas that in
the past they had not
naturally lived in and
probably for good reason.
Russ: yeah it’s possible
that these parasites, their
natural enemies have
probably been killed by the
destruction of a lot of the
rain forest.
Omal: and these people
moving into the area does
not help the matter.
Russ: no.
Omal: so there is a very
good lesson and point.
Russ: and also it points out
to the fact that well, what
kind of problems is Latin
America going to start
through because of this?
Omal: correct.
Russ: millions affected,
65,000 terminal?
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: I mean people are
going to be in a panic down
there in a hard way.
Omal: yes.
Russ: I mean that’s worse
than the AIDS epidemic right
there….
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: by a long shot.
Omal: certainly.
Russ: so we’re seeing
this…..a good idea is to
probably keep an eye on the
news more.
Omal: yes.
Russ: and watch
where…..because I didn’t
even see this until I
happened to look upon this
accidentally.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: but it has a lot to do
with what’s going on in the
world, what we're talking
about.
Omal: correct.
Russ: the little picture,
all these little pictures…….
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: I mean Europe, deadly
series of storms in Europe,
floods in Brazil, Tahoe,
North Coast, everywhere,
these little pictures all
put together are what’s
forming the big picture.
Omal: and in turn that
affects the environmental
area. Now let us look at the
recent flooding in your
Central Valley.
Russ: okay.
Omal: okay, how is that
going to affect your
country?
Russ: well wine prices are
going to go up.
Omal: think seriously.
Russ: a lot of crop damage,
a lot of economic hardships
that are affecting people
who come up here.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and will be probably
affected secondary to this
in ways that we can’t see
just yet.
Omal: okay now let us look
at the Central Valley, what
goes on in the Central
Valley?
Russ: lots of agriculture.
Omal: what has happened in
the Central Valley?
Russ: lots of flooding.
Omal: so, on a country
scale, how is that going to
affect?
Russ: well we’ve got a lot
of redundant systems built
in to take care of problems
like this…..
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: Florida, Texas, things
like that.
Omal: Texas is going through
the same problem at the
moment that you are.
Russ: oh are they?
Omal: they are having
temperatures........for the
first time in six years it
snowed in San Antonio Texas.
Russ: wow. So a lot of the
factors that Tia is
predicting are caused not
just by financial problems
but ecological problems
also.
Omal: yes but the ecological
problems…..
Russ: are causing financial
problems.
Omal: exactly.
Russ: right, so it’s all
tied together.
Omal: correct.
Russ: and can we blame this
on the photon cloud as much
as it would be nice and
handy to?
Omal: look for a scapegoat
is your answer.
Russ: no, I already know
that a lot of this is just
due to the fact that it has
to happen, this is what our
planet is going through. I
mean, it could’ve happened
any number of ways.
Omal: yes.
Russ: okay it didn’t have to
be the photon cloud, it
could have been an
earthquake knocks off
California into the ocean,
many different factors
involved but all of them
still are going to be
pointing in the same
direction.
Omal: okay now let us look
at this abode, moving in
closer on the picture in one
little tiny dot in the
picture.
Russ: okay.
Omal: how is your
preparation going?
Russ: well the space is
ready.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: we’ve got stuff dried.
Omal: how long will that
last?
Russ: oh what we have
currently?
Omal: the food.
Russ: a pretty weak amount
of food.
Omal: about a week?
Russ: yeah, that’s pushing
it.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: so basically what it
needs to be is a lot more.
Omal: yes. Your heating
material, you have plenty of
that I assume?
Russ: wood?
Omal: enough to get you
through the winter.
Russ: oh yeah. Actually
without heat, no it wouldn’t
be enough to get through the
winter. If our heat got cut
off, we couldn’t at last a
winter on what we’ve got
down there.
Omal: okay.
Russ: we went through three
cords of wood that first
winter and we had electric
heaters up here.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: so odds are no, we
would need a lot more. We
would need to fill that
garage up with wood to get
us a decent amount
of........
Omal: maybe it is time to
buy a gasoline powered
cutting instrument?
Russ: that’s true, what
about a generator?
Omal: generator, I believe
you would have to talk to
Tia on some research that
was done by Mark.
Russ: okay. So like a
chainsaw……
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: yeah good call, it’s a
good investment. I didn’t
put that in our list.
Omal: you might even
consider buying a small
trailer for your
containable, combustible
wheel drive mobile.
(a Jeep)
Russ: yeah, carry the wood
around. So, we seriously
need a more stepped-up
amount of….
Omal: yes.
Russ: activity due to the
fact that we are seeing more
stepped-up financial and
economic……
Omal: now Tia has brought
something to my attention.
Russ: okay.
Omal: with the current
situation in your area, as a
test, what should you do?
Russ: hmm, that’s a good
question. Go without
anything from the stores,
turn down the heat, cut down
as much electricity usage as
possible and try to get by
as a sample of what it would
be like without the
necessary luxuries that
we're afforded right now?
Omal: it would be best to
discuss it with Tia in what
she has in mind.
Russ: okay, that’ll work.
Omal: now as it is getting
ready to turn over to the
opposite side…..
Russ: I assume that means
you're going to be departing
us then.
Omal: correct.
Russ: well thank you Omal.
God Omal, I mean thank you
just never covers it but
thank you.
Omal: you’re welcome, one
day do the same, that is
thanks enough.
Russ: I will certainly do my
best.
Omal: or help someone that
needs help but be careful in
who you choose that needs
help.
Russ: correct.
