(Alana discusses the fact that super operants normally have children with only other super operants but that isn’t a hard and fast rule. She points out a friend of hers who has had children with non-super operants and how it turned out.)

Russ: so how’s life been my dear?

Alana: fun.

Russ: good, now we were discussing Mark and myself, Miranda……

(Kiri's and Karra's mother who had died but been reincarnated as the daughter of Alana and myself)

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: as both herself now and herself then.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: and we were discussing how she died and how tough it’s been on Kiri.

Alana: oh I’ve only had stories from Kiri and Karra, I don’t remember her.

Russ: right so you couldn’t actually have any kind of….

Alana: no, in fact she died before I was born.

Russ: right.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: one of us is going to have to talk with our daughter about the birds and the bees sweetheart.

Alana: we’ll wait until she’s ready.

Russ: yes, that is going to be a long time away.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: well any children she’d have could be potential super operants too.

Alana: uh-huh so you want to infuse that. Leonedies will only go with other….

Russ: yeah with other of his kind.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: which I mean……well what if it’s genetically advantageous for him to go with someone who isn't a super operant? Would he look at it from the point of view that this is something that needs to be done or would it be like that’s a standard kind of deal?

Alana: from what Kiri’s told me is that super operants will only mate with super operants.

Russ: right, well that’s the basic rule of thumb.

Alana: no, it’s not the basic rule of thumb, it’s just the way that they are. They are not exempt from impregnating other women.......

Russ: correct.

Alana: it depends on their morals or their sexual behavioral patterns. For example, there's a super operant that I know and she is happily bonded for life, she has four children, two of them super operant…..

Russ: hmm.

Alana: the other two aren’t. The other two have different fathers but their children will more than likely be super operants.

Russ: so the two that are super operants, their father is a super operant?

Alana: that’s correct. 

Russ: well one thing with super operants I would assume is because since you could know all the past lives of your partner……

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: and your partner would all know your all past lives........

Alana: that’s right.

Russ: there must be a lot more to....
