(Tia describes the little
discs they use for the hologram picture
stands that hold either six small pictures
or two life-size holograms. Some of the
technology is discussed that makes it work
such as a base for the laser optical system
running on eight gigs of memory.)
Russ:
so Korton had a good
idea about
downloading
information to my
computer instead of
reading it right off
the thing.
Tia:
uh-huh.
Russ:
I need more memory.
Tia: I use probably when I’m
correlating all my reports
and everything, I use a gig
in a day but that’s only
month ends. That is
pictures, holograms, the
works.
Russ: oh well holograms
would eat up memory faster
than any kind of GIF files I
get.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: because then you go
into three-dimensional….
Tia: that’s right.
Russ: and the math involved
in three-dimensional
holograms is….
Tia: is incredible.
Russ: well math, I mean I
don’t know how you guys do
the little hologram picture
discs. I mean I can't.....
Tia: oh you mean for, oh yes
the discs.
Russ: the discs, I mean just
for a little photo to do a
hologram of….
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: well that little disc
must store a couple gigs of
memory in it just to use it
for the hologram.
Tia: I think they store
about eight gigs each.
Russ: they’d have to.
Tia: uh-huh, because you can
get six pictures on each
disc.
Russ: oh you can?
Tia: uh-huh, but it depends
on the size, life-size you
can only get two.
Russ: oh okay.
Tia: uh-huh but little ones
about desk high you can get
about six on there.
Russ: eight gigs of memory
for just for that little
thing.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: that is technology
that we are way sadly behind
in.
Tia: well the base on it is
about that thick and that’s
where most of the storage.
The disc itself is mainly a
focusing device for it to
stand on.
Russ: and then is that a
laser optical system that
you're using?
Tia: uh-huh yeah, I believe
so, you’d have to ask our
engineer.
Russ: the technical expert.
Tia: uh-huh.
John: now let me ask you
this, in our tiny, three
dimensional minds....
Tia: uh-huh.
John: we believe that we’ve
come to the apex of
technology of mankind......
Tia: I used to…..
John: but hasn’t this been
accomplished several times,
hasn’t there been past
technologies that have
surpassed our present
technology?
Tia: I believe so yes. There
is something I do have to
tell you Johnny is that I am
a third dimensional being
myself. I’m learning to be
sixth dimensional. I was a
bipedal life form on my home
planet which is a third
dimensional planet so when
you say third dimensional, I
usually understand.
John: I mean you understand
where I’m coming from okay?.
Tia: yeah I know exactly
what you’re coming from,
yes. Anyway, I’ve been told
to hop off.
Russ: bye Tia, have fun
darling.
John: see you.
Russ: see you.
