Omal: yes?

Omal: that might be better. Oh yes, from René.

Russ:: uh-huh.

Omal: read please.

Russ: okay.

Omal: greetings feline.

Russ: okay, some of it's mine, some of it's his, he added both.

Omal: okay.

Russ: okay, I have mine. “We haven’t spoken for a while so to speak so you know me is Rasman, editor of the Hades Base News and co-founder of the communicators chatroom in Spirit Chat.”

His comment, “I remember you.”

My comment, “in a page I transcribe the channeling’s for the local base of Ashtar Command that monitors, protects and assists our planet through channeling’s and pages such as mine. If possible, I would like to enlist your aid in enacting a plan that Ashtar approached me about and was approved in the highest councils, to begin a series of talks between the various races of the galaxy and if successful, we can eliminate the use of abductions of humans on this planet from others not of our species.”

His comment, ”are you vegetarian?”

My comment, “the plan is to bring together channels for the various races in a series of live or posted chats to create a common ground for mutual understanding. Hopefully the races involved will include the combined multidimensional races of Ashtar Command, the Zeta Reticuli, the Pleiadians, the Arcturians
and others who may wish to participate later on. As you can see, it is a bold plan that will affect every human on the planet and billions of beings throughout the universe for thousands of years to come. Spirit Web will hopefully be the main medium for these talks whether live in a private chat room or in a series of postings from each channel that can be answered from representatives of each race through the channels participating.”

His comment, “sounds very interesting."

"Due to the large volume of light workers and students of higher consciousness that your site attracts, it was found to be a excellent neutral ground for these talks to be held in. The details of how these talks could be best be arranged so that the maximum number of people can learn from them will be worked out later on after the various channels have been contacted and been asked to work with us.”

His comment, “you want to create a group of channelers participating in answering your questions live or per e-mail request?”

My comment, “I will also be posting these talks in the Hades Base News and I’ve contacted the Sedona Journal of Emergence, a magazine dedicated to channelings and the New Age about adding them in their publication.”

His comment, “good choice.”

This is the last of my comments here. “While the success of these talks is not guaranteed, it does symbolize much of what our sites are designed to do, foster better understanding between the people of Earth and the many races that coexist with us in this universe and hopefully between the races themselves. Please get back to me with your answer and any ideas that might help to make this plan work to its best effect. In the meantime I will start contacting the various channels to be involved and see if they are willing to make this plan a reality. With what is at stake, I look forward to their full cooperation though it all depends on the entities they channel and the races they represent.

His comments, “count on me. I really like the idea to bring people who are connected to various aspects of the multidimensional self, ET races and put down to the table what each other’s agendas truly are. I would like to see this happen so whatever you think is appropriate to support your efforts let me know. It would be important to give your project a name or title, something easy to remember. Then, like you say, contacting all channelers, also such with content you might not agree with. It would expose all ET race's agendas, those cooperative and non-cooperative. Brainstorm topics to be discussed and set up meetings with IRC, web chat or mailing list. In those three cases I would be willing to provide the required facility. Important I think is the core, your idea, your vision, then check if how channelers would cooperate, chat or only email. Then choose the appropriate form and come back to me if you feel I can be of help. Afterwards you can tell me about promoting, therefore title is important. Setting up a good-looking and functional webpage where chat logs or postings can be reviewed etc. That in short what I thought after reading your description may be some of my thoughts that are of help to you, peace René.”

Omal: okay.

Russ: alright so we’ve got really good work on that one coming about.

Omal: okay, I will have a topic of discussion for you shortly.

Russ: okay.

Omal: or rather a name for the discussion.

Russ: oh excellent.

Omal: the way that we wish to do it is if it would be possible to set up that people can come and read but not interfere and post messages to other individuals. That it will be the channels, that it is my understanding, that the channels only will post so a password will be needed to set up for each channel.

Russ: okay, now that’s kind of how I had a idea. If it was going to be a live chat, then we would set it up in a room which only the channelers could have access to the password to get in to make their comments. Then we can just post those transcriptions elsewhere on a webpage.

Omal: it would be useful that if people could be able to come in and view the postings and to hit on the names of say for example you have somebody from the Zeta’s….

Russ: right.

Omal: and their name is hit upon and a question is directed to them but it is also directed to all the participants of the accord.

Russ: okay. So that each can direct answers back to that person?

Omal: no, so that it is all kept above board and clear, there is no secret messages being relayed.

Russ: oh, okay.

Omal: it is important that it is all out in the open for the population to be able to see all sides, all facets, all discussions but there must be no secrecy because it does affect all of you. It is not just a small group that we are dealing with, it is not two sides of a table that we are discussing, it is many different groups with many different agendas and each group has its own conflicts and problems. For example, here on the base we have the peaceful side of the base and then we have the militaristic side of the base, two very different agendas. Unfortunately, the military side seems to have more of a following. The Sirian Defense Force, our pilots, our transport ships whereas the research and development side gets a lot less press for want of a better word and therefore a lot less glorious than the defense force or the pilots. Ergo the problem is that the glory of the base overall is reflected from this military standpoint. So in the channelings and the postings, it is very important that everybody’s agendas are first established. What is their function? They can hold back as much information or give as much information as they wish. So each party must agree to certain set ground rules which will be the first part of the discussion on what are the ground rules, what topics are allowed to be discussed and what topics are not allowed to be discussed. Phraseology and terminology is something else that needs to be discussed due to the fact that wording things in such a way that they have double meaning makes it difficult to understand what is actually being said and what is not actually being said. So therefore rules have to be established to aid in the process. Another technical problem is that I foresee is some groups will wish to be first on the list. We the Arcturians, we the Pleiadians, we the Brotherhood of Light, we the Zetas, we the Reptiloids. Various groups will wish to have pride and place and it must be stated that it would be best to do this in your alphabet so it would be alphabetically……greetings little feline. Do you have any questions at this time?

Russ: yeah. First off, I thought that Hades Base was a military base first and foremost with the research and development only geared up towards that and then your channeling and stuff kind of as a secondary kind of thing. Obviously I was mistaken but that was the impression I had and many people have.

Omal: it appears that way. We are not a military base although there is a military aspect. I am base commander, sounds military, the terminology that we use is military as your society is a militaristic society. It is best for understanding.

Russ: ahh.

Omal: another way to describe me is I am president of Hades Base. I have my Council or I have my senators.......

Russ: okay.

Omal: I have my advisors, I have my cabinet, does that not sound more like a political research?

Russ: uh-huh, absolutely.

Omal: or, I am the principal with my teachers and coaches.

Russ: hmmm.

Omal: or, I am the president of the faculty.

Russ: but now if there was an attack on the base, wouldn’t you be in charge of its defenses?

Omal: I have that skill but I would rely on individuals that are far more knowledgeable on defensive matters.

Russ: oh.

Omal: I would act in the capacity as a general but I would have and do have advisors that have far more militaristic skills than I do. I have no concept on how to fly a UFO and what they do. None of our ships are within my comprehension on piloting skills. Yes I can pilot but anything more complicated then gravometric drive systems and I am lost. I do not have that link, I do not have that skill so why would I be giving commands on something I have no comprehension over?

Russ: ahh, that brings me to the next question which is, with even within the military institution on Hades Base, that's split into two between the pilots and the defense force.

Omal: correct.

Russ: one has no control over the other one except in an advisory capacity.

Omal: correct. The defense force is in a very awkward position at the moment. We have the equivalent to two platoons on the base however in fact we have one company and a platoon. Now, why is it that we have a company that only makes up a platoon? Because they are on rest and recreation and to recover from a, for want of a better word, a very nasty situation.

Russ: oh.


Omal: okay lastly and most importantly, the topic or the name for discussion….

Russ: okay.

Omal: harmony. After all, that is the goal that we’re trying to achieve is harmony within this sector, to stop the bloodshed of our pilots, the Zeta’s, the Arcturians, the Pleiadians, the Reptiloids and any other races that are involved and there are a few other races involved.

Russ: okay.

Omal: we are trying to broker a peaceful environment so that your planet can progress onwardly to its natural point that it would go.

Russ: excellent.

Omal: okay thank you and I believe the tape is ready to turn over in the near future.
