her relationship with the cats there. We hear
about the animals that are hunted and why they are
hunted. We also learn about the evolution of her
species which is descended from cats. She covers
the geography of the planet for our comparison.

Tia describes herself and then describes her home planet. In the telling we get a description of her, that fact that she is descended from felines and how far both Mars and Durondedunn are from Earth. We hear from her the details of how she left her planet and the accident she had doing a D-jump which is astral traveling through dimensions. We find out from her how she can speak to cats and even about some of the animals on her home planet.

Tia describes her home planet to a guest so we get a lot due to the questioning that we hadn’t heard before. She relates how they, like us, were abusing their planet but eventually turned it around in ways that sound impossible for this planet because of the economic mindset. She also relates how the males of the planet are genetically placid from birth while the planet itself is matriarchal.
